By accessing or using the OPS 360 AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Description of Services

OPS 360 AI provides a cloud-based workspace platform that includes task management, CRM, omnichannel inbox, event management, document management, AI-powered intelligence, and related services. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Provide valid and up-to-date payment information
• Authorize recurring charges until you cancel your subscription

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by OPS 360 AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without authorization

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OPS 360 AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
