What is OPS 360 AI?

OPS 360 AI is an all-in-one workspace platform that combines task management, CRM, omnichannel inbox, event management, documents, and AI-powered intelligence in a single application. It is designed to replace multiple disconnected tools with one unified platform.

How do I get started?

Sign up for a free account at ops360.io/register. You will have immediate access to the Free plan, which includes core features for up to 3 team members. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock additional features and higher limits.

What plans are available?

We offer four plans: Free (for individuals and small teams), Pro (for growing teams), Business (for scaling organizations), and Enterprise (for large organizations with custom needs). Visit our pricing page for full details.

Can I import data from other tools?

Yes. OPS 360 AI supports CSV import for contacts, companies, tasks, and other data. We also provide API access on paid plans for custom integrations. Our team can assist with migrations from popular platforms.

How does the AI assistant (Moegent) work?

Moegent is our built-in AI assistant with 258+ tools across 17 categories. It can help you manage tasks, enrich contacts, generate reports, draft messages, analyze trends, and much more. Moegent understands your workspace context and provides intelligent suggestions.

Is my data secure?

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, all paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can explore all features during the trial period and decide which plan is right for you.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Do you support multiple workspaces?

Yes, you can create multiple workspaces to separate different teams, departments, or projects. Each workspace has its own members, settings, and data. Team members can be part of multiple workspaces.
